How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who reaches out to Linkextended Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Linkextended Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Still, Linkextended Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@linkextended.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter, which may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Disagree
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
